📭 Lost, Delayed, or Returned Orders

We want your experience to be stress-free. If something goes wrong:

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at support@getvibrana.com with your order number.

  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to confirm your address and reship the item (additional shipping fees may apply).

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Email us with a photo and order number within 5 days of receipt. We’ll replace or refund eligible items.
